Terms of Service

By downloading or using Peepz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Peepz. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Peepz for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Post spam, false information, or impersonate others
- Post or share content that is objectionable, offensive, or violates our Community Standards described in Section 4
- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
4. Community Standards & Content Moderation
4.1 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Peepz has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will not post, upload, or share any content that is:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic
- Violent, threatening, or promoting self-harm
- Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any individual or group
- Promoting illegal activity, including the sale of controlled substances
- Spam, scams, or deliberately misleading content
- Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
Any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior is subject to immediate removal from the platform.
4.2 Content Filtering
Peepz uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and prevent objectionable content from appearing on the platform. Automated filters screen content at the time of submission, and our moderation team reviews flagged material on an ongoing basis. No filtering system is perfect, which is why we also rely on our community to help keep Peepz safe (see Sections 4.3 and 4.4 below).
4.3 Reporting Objectionable Content
If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app by tapping the Report option on any post, message, or profile. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We commit to reviewing and acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Action may include removing the content and suspending or permanently banning the user who posted it.
4.4 Blocking Abusive Users
You can block any user at any time through their profile or through any post or message. Blocking a user will:
- Immediately remove all of that user's content from your feed and messages
- Prevent the blocked user from contacting you or viewing your content
- Notify the Peepz moderation team for review of the blocked user's behavior
4.5 Enforcement
When objectionable content is reported or detected, Peepz will act within 24 hours. Enforcement actions include, at our sole discretion:
- Removing the offending content
- Issuing a warning to the user
- Temporarily suspending the user's account
- Permanently banning the user from the platform
Peepz reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Peepz a limited license to use it to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others.
6. AI Features
Peepz uses AI to enhance your experience. AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI output for important decisions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, including our Community Standards and zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Accounts reported for objectionable content or abusive behavior will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Peepz is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peepz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
